<ねりあんの作り方>
本品1袋に対し水400mlを鍋に入れ火にかけます。煮立ったら砂糖240g、塩少々を加えて焦げ付かないように混ぜながら中火でよく練ります。お好みに合わせて水、砂糖、塩の分量は調節してください。本品1袋で大体550~600gぐらいのあんがお作り頂けます。
