Made from 100% domestic sweet potatoes. For kuzumochi, kuzu manju, etc. 


Recommended for beginners of Japanese sweets! Recommended for those who are a little afraid of making it with expensive kuzu flour out of the blue. We processed domestic sweet potato starch so that it can be used optimally for wagashi.


For making chilly chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) starch. Just dissolve it in water like potato starch, combine with soup stock, heat, and cool. It becomes a thick starchy sauce.


For seasonal wagashi (Japanese confectionery) "mizunazuki Combine with shiratama flour and flour and steam to make mizunazuki. The mochi texture and azuki bean paste make a delicious combination.
