Description

A clear, low-sweet syrup, colourless and refreshingly sweet, used extensively in cooking and baking. It helps to keep cakes moist, for example by replacing a small amount of sugar when making sponge cakes. Its high water-holding properties make it a good choice. Also suitable for raw chocolate and ganache. When making raw chocolate or ganache, we recommend adding just a little to keep the process stable.

甘さ控えめでクリアな水あめです。無色透明ですっきりとした甘さなのでお料理、お菓子作りに幅広くお使い頂けます。

しっとりさせるのに一役買います!スポンジケーキなどを作るときに少しお砂糖と置き換えればしっとり感がアップ!保水性が高いのでおすすめです。
生チョコレートやガナッシュにも。生チョコやガナッシュを作るときに少し加えるだけで安定して作業が行えるのでおすすめ。余ったらそのまま食べても美味しいです。
