▌Product Advantages

▌Key points for use
Shirakami yeast is rich in algae sugar, which produces a natural sweetness. The amount of yeast used is 2% of the total amount of flour (e.g. 500g of flour needs 10g of yeast), and it should be dissolved in warm water at about 30-35 degrees before adding it to the dough (the amount of water is about 4-5 times that of yeast).
Baisin yeast is suitable for a wide range of breads, whether they are rich (high sugar and oil) or lean (such as French). Before use, mix the yeast with warm water (about 35 degrees Celsius), 1g of yeast: 5g of warm water (take the total amount of water in the recipe directly, not extra)
