Wild yeast collected in 1997 from the rotting soil of Akita Prefecture, Japan! The wild yeast collected from the rotting soil of the Shirakami mountain area (a world heritage site) is known as "a gift from God".

 ▌Product Advantages
(1) Although Shirakami yeast is a natural yeast, it does not need to be seeded and can make good bread in a short time.
(2) Hakushin yeast has stable fermentation characteristics and does not require additives
(3) White God yeast contains a lot of natural algae sugar, which can bring a natural sweet and unique flavor to the bread.
(4) Shirakami yeast is grown in the harsh Shirakami mountains, and the experimental results show that it is environmentally resistant and has a survival rate of 100% when stored at negative 80 degrees Celsius for one year!

▌Key points for use

Shirakami yeast is rich in algae sugar, which produces a natural sweetness. The amount of yeast used is 2% of the total amount of flour (e.g. 500g of flour needs 10g of yeast), and it should be dissolved in warm water at about 30-35 degrees before adding it to the dough (the amount of water is about 4-5 times that of yeast).

Baisin yeast is suitable for a wide range of breads, whether they are rich (high sugar and oil) or lean (such as French). Before use, mix the yeast with warm water (about 35 degrees Celsius), 1g of yeast: 5g of warm water (take the total amount of water in the recipe directly, not extra)
