[1] ボールに80℃以上の熱湯550～600ccを用意します。　[2] 寒天ゼリーの素1袋(125g)を熱湯に入れ、泡立て器で1分間よく溶かします。　[3] ゼリー型などへ流し固めます。冷蔵庫で冷やすと一層おいしくなります。(常温でも固まります。)
